• No Refund Policy
All ticket purchases for IWD are non-refundable.
Once a ticket is purchased, the amount cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

• Date Change
If the event date is changed due to unavoidable reasons, all tickets will remain valid for the new date.
If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, you may request a refund.
Please note that platform processing fees and GST charges will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded.

• Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled, participants will be eligible for a refund after deducting platform fees and GST charges.
The remaining amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

• Ticket Transfer
Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the event management team.

• Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
