1. Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets for DevFest Siliguri 2024 are non-refundable. Once a ticket has been purchased, it is non-transferable, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the rare event that DevFest Siliguri 2024 is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers, registered attendees will be notified promptly via email. Any applicable resolutions will be communicated at that time, but we still cannot guarantee refunds.

3. Change of Mind or Unavailability: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, are unable to attend due to personal reasons, or experience conflicts with other commitments.

4. Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), we will assess the situation and make decisions in the best interest of attendees. However, this does not entitle ticket holders to a refund, as tickets remain non-refundable.
