Refund Policy

• All registrations are strictly non-refundable.

• Once a ticket is purchased, no cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal schedule, illness, or travel issues.

• By registering, you acknowledge and agree that your payment is final.

Transfer Policy

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual.

• Transfers must be requested at least 48 hours before the event via email or the official contact number provided in the registration confirmation.

• The new participant must provide their full name, email address, and contact number for verification before entry will be granted.

• Tickets cannot be split or shared between multiple individuals. Each registration is valid for one participant only.

• On the day of the event, only the registered or officially transferred participant will be allowed entry.

Organizer’s Rights

• The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any participant who does not comply with the registration, refund, or transfer policies.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances such as venue changes, rescheduling, or event cancellations initiated by the organizers, participants will be informed promptly. Any remedies in such cases will be at the sole discretion of the organizing team.
