 Troubleshoots and restores complex issues with technical abilities and tools.  Provides technical guidance, oversight, and mentoring to team members as a subject matter expert.  Demonstrates high responsiveness for technology issues; resolves issues quickly and efficiently.  Supports projects at the request of business partners.  Documents and tracks hardware and software configuration, migration, testing and deployment solutions.  Provides a high level of customer service  Restores service as quickly as possible, while keeping clients informed of scheduled changes.  Ensures timely resolution of issues by engaging the appropriate support groups.  Provides dedicated user support for test batch process.  Monitors batch processing, responding to ABENDS and failures assessing and resolving, and when necessary engaging senior team members and appropriate support groups to facilitate resolution.  Provides operational support for incidents and outages of varying degrees of severity.  Effectively utilizes a centralized knowledge base of support documentation. Skills and Abilities:  4+ years of Experience in Scheduling tools, mandatorily CA7 and/or Autosys.  3+ years of Mainframe knowledge, required: TSO, JCL & VSAM.  2+ years of Mainframe knowledge desired: SYSVIEW, MOBIUS  3+ years of experience in ETL processes using IBM Info Sphere Data stage designer/admin/director.  3+ years of experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL.  2+ years’ experience developing and modifying scripts in a Linux or UNIX environment.  Basic Understanding of Mainframe/Legacy applications, JCL/Job Execution, CA7 Schedules, NDM File transfers  Prior experience in production/Test support environment  Have Analytical skills to troubleshoot batch Issues and provide necessary info to SME, Development and other Support teams.  Good Written and Verbal communication skills  Providing L2/L3 support for ETL batch runs.  Solve ALM Defects (Incidents, Problems, and Service Requests) and Job failures and join calls actively.  Work closely with SA/SME’s/other teams to discuss & understand issues and to provide solutions to meet business and technical requirements  Identify and implement system enhancements/improvements. Understanding and analyzing the data warehouse requirements.  Ability to clearly and concisely document procedures and processes
