🎓 Research & Content Fellow Organization: Building For Fun (BFF) Location: Remote (Preferred: Delhi NCR-based) Type: Volunteer Fellowship (2–3 months) Commitment: ~2–4 hrs/week 🧩 Role Summary At BFF, we’re building a tech-driven learning community where students and early professionals learn by building. As a Research & Content Fellow, you’ll help us understand what learners actually need and assist in curating educational experiences that truly make a difference. Success in this role looks like: 🔹 Sharing insights from real learners (via surveys or casual convos) 🔹 Helping shape content that solves common learning gaps 🔹 Contributing to BFF’s early ecosystem with curiosity, clarity, and care This role is foundational to BFF’s mission — your work directly informs what workshops we run, what content we publish, and how we help students gain real-world confidence. ✅ Responsibilities 🔹 Distribute BFF’s student survey series across your network 🔹 Collect, summarize, and categorize key insights from responses or peer discussions 🔹 Identify gaps in tech learning (e.g., scattered resources, unclear paths, etc.) 🔹 Suggest and co-develop content outlines, workshop ideas, or short posts 🔹 Optionally co-host sessions or contribute to community conversations 🔹 Submit monthly progress and insight reports (short, friendly format) 🧠 Qualifications 🔹 Passion for tech, learning, and helping others grow 🔹 Strong written communication and active listening skills 🔹 Comfortable using Google Docs, Forms, and WhatsApp/Discord 🔹 Curious mindset — someone who can break down “what’s missing” in how students learn 🔹 Bonus: Based in Delhi NCR or studying in a Tier 3 college (not mandatory) 🏆 Perks & Recognition 🎖️ Early Contributor Badge (digital + featured on BFF site/Notion) 🧾 Founder Letter of Recommendation on successful completion 🧑‍💼 Featured as a Fellow on LinkedIn and in BFF community spaces 🧠 Behind-the-scenes access to BFF strategy, event planning, and content process 🚀 Priority consideration for future paid opportunities at BFF 🙌 Why Join?
