Full Stack Developer

About the Role We are looking for a passionate Full-Stack Web Developer who can build modern, secure, and high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a strong product mindset and a deep understanding of Gen-Z user behavior. You will work on end-to-end development—design, build, test, deploy—and contribute directly to creating cool, next-generation products. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Build and optimize secure APIs and backend services. Work with PostgreSQL for database design, queries, and optimization. Implement clean, responsive UI using Tailwind CSS and modern component design. Ensure platform-level security best practices (OWASP, JWT, access control, data protection). Collaborate with design and product teams for seamless UI/UX integration. Optimize performance across devices, browsers, and screen sizes. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and frameworks. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js. Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and SQL fundamentals. Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles. Good understanding of UI/UX trends, especially for Gen-Z-focused products. Experience with API integrations, authentication, and security layers. Familiarity with Git, GitHub, deployment pipelines, and cloud environments. Ability to debug complex issues quickly and independently. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. Preferred (Good to Have) Experience with Next.js or TypeScript. Knowledge of web performance optimization. Experience working in startup environments.
