Our application is a real-time Medication Adherence & Health Monitoring system designed to reduce missed doses, improve treatment consistency, and involve caregivers at the right moment.

The app uses persistent, in-app voice alarms with increasing volume that require user acknowledgment, ensuring medicines are not forgotten. Each medication schedule is stored securely and triggers alarms even after app restarts, maintaining reliability in daily routines.

Every medication intake is logged automatically as taken, snoozed, or missed. If a dose is missed, the system escalates responsibly by sending a real-time alert to a registered caregiver via email, enabling timely human intervention.

After each dose, the user completes a mandatory health and side-effect survey, allowing the system to monitor patient well-being. Based on adherence patterns and reported side effects, the app calculates a dynamic health risk level (Green / Orange / Red) without performing any medical diagnosis.

Users can record ongoing health concerns and symptoms, creating a structured history that can be shared with caregivers or doctors for better context during consultations.

The app also provides disease-category-based exercise and meditation guidance, promoting overall wellness alongside medication routines, with clear disclaimers ensuring safe usage.

A comprehensive analytics dashboard displays adherence history, weekly statistics, streaks, and trends, helping both patients and caregivers understand behavior patterns and intervene early.
