AdminGPT uses a modular full-stack architecture where the React and TypeScript frontend connects with a Node.js and Express backend. Firebase provides authentication, database, and file storage, while OCR and AI process uploaded documents and extract reusable information. This information powers the Universal Form Auto-Fill system and the RAG-based AI chatbot, creating a connected workflow that transforms documents into actionable administrative assistance.
