AegisVoice is an end-to-end, real-time Multilingual Voice AI Customer Support & Telemetry Platform engineered on top of the Agora Conversational AI Engine and Agora RTC Web SDK. Built for modern enterprise helpdesks, utility providers, and emergency service teams, AegisVoice enables users to speak naturally in their native language or code-mixed dialects, automatically resolves customer issues, logs tickets into a database, monitors acoustic confidence levels in real time, and seamlessly escalates low-confidence calls to live human agents via private Agora voice lines with full conversation context preserved.
