This project proposes an AI-powered Smart AgriTech solution designed to address critical challenges faced by farmers, including unpredictable climate conditions, inefficient irrigation practices, and poor crop planning.
The solution continuously monitors soil health and environmental conditions to optimize irrigation schedules, ensuring crops receive the right amount of water at the right time. By analyzing historical and real-time data, the AI models provide accurate crop yield forecasts, helping farmers plan harvesting, storage, and market supply more effectively.
