ResolveAI is an AI customer-support agent that turns Gmail threads into live support tickets and automates the resolution workflow through Swytchcode.
It reads customer issues from Gmail, searches the company knowledge base, drafts grounded replies with confidence scoring, and emails customers automatically—on ticket create and on follow-up updates. When confidence is low or the issue is risky, it escalates instead of guessing.
Goal: Show a complete support loop—understand the issue → retrieve knowledge → decide safely → notify the customer—without calling Gmail APIs directly from the app, using Swytchcode as the execution layer.
