AI Interview Arena is a voice-native AI interview simulator that transforms traditional interview preparation into a realistic, interactive interview experience.
Instead of answering static questions or chatting with a text-based bot, candidates participate in a real-time voice interview with an AI HR interviewer and an AI Hiring Manager. The conversation dynamically adapts to the candidate’s responses, technical performance, confidence, and interview context.
The HR agent leads the interview and understands which company and role the candidate is preparing for. The Hiring Manager observes the conversation and can intelligently intervene when a technical answer needs deeper evaluation or correction.
Built around Agora Conversational AI, the experience focuses on natural voice interaction, real-time turn-taking, interruption handling, contextual conversation, adaptive questioning, and AI-powered evaluation.
At the end of the interview, candidates receive a structured performance assessment highlighting their strengths, weaknesses, technical performance, and areas for improvement.
The goal is simple:
