AwadhLease is a full-stack AI-powered rental marketplace and property management ecosystem built for landlords, PG owners, tenants, and property managers across Lucknow.
Lucknow's real estate boom has created thousands of small landlords managing PGs, flats, and commercial spaces manually.
The challenge is to build an agentic SaaS platform that handles:

- Operational workflows end-to-end
The platform combines property discovery, tenant management, rent tracking, AI-powered maintenance workflows, operational analytics, and conversational AI assistance into one centralized ecosystem.
Focused initially on Lucknow localities like Gomti Nagar, Indira Nagar, Aliganj, Hazratganj, and Jankipuram, AwadhLease aims to digitize the entire landlord-tenant workflow using intelligent AI automation.
