Bahi

Bahi is a voice-first AI business operator for Indian small businesses (agencies, shops, freelancers). Owners run their business across five apps and a paper bahi-khata; Bahi lets them just say what they want in English or Hinglish.

What it does: Bahi reads the business inbox, creates and sends PayPal invoices, tracks payments, sends polite reminders to overdue clients, keeps a Notion ledger, creates Jira delivery tasks and updates the team on Slack. Every step streams live in the UI.

Why Swytchcode: every action runs through Swytchcode, so the agent can only act safely:

• Large invoices pause for human approval in Slack
• Dangerous actions like "refund everyone" are blocked by policy before any API call
• Emails can only go to known clients, so a prompt-injected email can't make Bahi mail outsiders
• Retries are safe with idempotency, and every action is in an audit log
