This project aims to solve the challenge of extracting clear, structured business requirements from scattered and noisy communication such as emails, meeting transcripts, and chat messages. In real-world organizations, critical decisions, stakeholder inputs, timelines, and requirements are often buried across multiple channels, leading to misalignment, delays, and costly rework.

The goal is to build an AI-powered system that automatically analyzes multi-channel communication, filters irrelevant content, and generates a structured, traceable Business Requirements Document (BRD). The platform enhances clarity, improves stakeholder alignment, reduces manual documentation effort, and ensures every requirement is backed by its original source for transparency and accountability.
