In every company, project requirements don't live in one place. They're born in a Friday email, confirmed in a meeting nobody fully transcribed, debated in a Slack thread, and referenced in a document three people edited differently. By the time someone sits down to write the requirements document, the information is scattered, contradictory, and buried in noise. A Business Analyst manually piecing it all together takes days — and still misses things.
BRDGen does that entire job automatically. It reads communications from emails, meeting transcripts, and chat messages simultaneously, filters out the irrelevant chatter, and extracts only what actually matters for the project. When two stakeholders say contradictory things, the system catches it and flags it explicitly instead of quietly picking one. When the same requirement gets confirmed across multiple sources, the system recognizes that and scores it with higher confidence.
The output is a complete, professional BRD where every requirement traces back to its exact original source — the specific email or meeting moment that produced it.
The goal isn't just saving time. It's giving teams a requirements document they can genuinely trust — one where every claim is grounded in real evidence, every contradiction is surfaced, and nothing important falls through the cracks.
