CivicFlow is a web-based citizen grievance management system that includes a login system, citizen module, and admin officer module. Citizens can securely log in, submit grievances related to public services such as electricity, water, roads, sanitation, and health, and track their complaint status using a unique grievance ID. The system also stores the history of previous complaints for transparency.
Admin officers can log in to view, manage, and update the status of grievances assigned to their departments. By using Firebase for authentication and data storage, the project ensures secure access, reduces manual work, and improves communication between citizens and government authorities, leading to faster and more efficient grievance resolution.
