CivicPulse is a digital civic-complaint platform designed to help citizens easily report public issues such as garbage problems, road damage, water leakage, and streetlight failures.
Its main purpose is to bridge the communication gap between citizens and local government offices by providing a simple, transparent, and trackable complaint system.
Project Goals
Easy Complaint Registration
Allow citizens to submit complaints with details, category, and photo/video proof through a user-friendly interface.
Faster Issue Resolution
Automatically route complaints to the correct department based on location and issue type to reduce delays.
Transparency & Accountability
Track complaint status and ensure officials are accountable through priority tagging and SLA-based escalation.
Reduce Misuse & Data Loss
Secure backend handling to prevent duplicate, fake, or lost complaints.
Improve Civic Engagement
Encourage citizens to actively participate in improving their city using technology.
