Using Agora’s real-time communication technology, residents can speak naturally, show an issue on camera, receive live transcription and translation, and connect with the correct government department or human representative without repeatedly explaining the problem.

CivicRelay’s AI identifies the issue, location, urgency, and responsible department, then generates a structured case summary and tracking number. Government teams receive organized evidence, AI-assisted priority recommendations, live communication tools, and a transparent case timeline through an administrative dashboard.

The project’s goal is to reduce language and accessibility barriers, eliminate confusing government processes, improve response times, and help public agencies serve residents more efficiently.
