This project is a smart, AI-powered citizen grievance platform designed to help residents report civic issues (such as water supply problems, leaks, contamination, potholes, and infrastructure failures) easily through a single unified app. The goal is to bridge the gap between citizens and government departments by automating complaint registration, classification, and routing to the relevant authorities in real time.

The system uses AI to analyze text, images, and metadata from user submissions, reducing manual effort, preventing duplicate complaints, and ensuring faster resolution through SLA tracking and feedback mechanisms. This build promotes transparency, accountability, and efficiency in public service delivery while empowering citizens to participate actively in urban governance.
