ClientPilot is an autonomous AI Business Operator that helps teams manage client operations across their business tools.
Client information, project tasks, client communication, team discussions, and payment status are often scattered across different platforms. ClientPilot brings this context together and allows an AI agent to understand the current state of a client, identify blockers and risks, decide what actions are required, and execute those actions automatically.
How it works:
A user can simply ask:
“Check Acme Corp and handle anything that is blocking their project.”
ClientPilot uses an agentic workflow powered by LangGraph. The agent dynamically selects the relevant tools through Swytchcode APIs, analyzes the results, and decides what to do next.
Example workflow:
Notion → Retrieve client context
Jira → Check project tasks and blockers
Slack → Investigate internal blockers
Gmail → Communicate with the client
Stripe → Check relevant payment information
Based on the information gathered, the agent can update Jira issues, notify the internal team on Slack, send client communication through Gmail, and update the client context in Notion.
Unlike a traditional dashboard that only displays information or makes individual API calls, ClientPilot performs a multi-step agentic workflow where the output of one tool influences the next action.
