EchoSphere is an AI-powered adaptive voice interview platform designed to simulate realistic interview experiences using multiple AI interviewers with different roles such as Technical Interviewer, Product Manager, Hiring Manager, and Behavioral Interviewer.

The main goal is to move beyond fixed question-and-answer interviews by allowing the AI to understand each candidate's responses, dynamically generate follow-up questions, adjust difficulty, switch interviewer perspectives, and provide evidence-based feedback.

The project aims to:

• Conduct realistic, real-time voice interviews.

• Adapt questions based on the candidate's answers, resume, role, and domain.

• Support multiple AI interviewer personas with shared candidate context.

• Detect vague or contradictory responses and ask for clarification.

• Dynamically increase or decrease interview difficulty.

• Provide a structured final assessment with scores, strengths, weaknesses, and transcript-based evidence.

• Help candidates identify their weaknesses and improve their interview performance.
