Our AI-powered Data Dictionary Agent connects directly to enterprise databases and automatically generates comprehensive, business-friendly documentation. It extracts schema metadata, analyzes tables and relationships, and creates structured data dictionaries without manual effort. The system also generates ER diagrams to visually represent database structure and dependencies.
Beyond documentation, it analyzes data quality by detecting null values, inconsistencies, and anomalies to ensure reliability. Through an interactive natural language chat interface, users can ask questions about tables, columns, metrics, and relationships and receive clear, contextual explanations instantly.
The primary goal is to save time for data analysts and engineers by helping them understand entire databases in minutes instead of days. By reducing dependency, eliminating outdated documentation, and enabling faster exploration, the agent improves productivity, onboarding, and data-driven decision-making across organizations.
