Delhi Civic Navigator AI is an AI-powered civic assistance platform that simplifies access to Delhi government services. Citizens often struggle to find accurate information because it is scattered across multiple government websites and documents. Our solution provides a single, intelligent interface where users can ask questions about civic services and receive structured, reliable, and source-backed answers.

The application uses Elasticsearch to retrieve relevant information from official Delhi government resources and combines it with a Large Language Model (LLM) to generate clear, easy-to-understand responses. Instead of relying on the AI's general knowledge, the system follows a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approach, ensuring that every response is based on trusted government data and includes proper source citations.

Users can quickly obtain information such as required documents, eligibility criteria, application process, fees, processing time, responsible government department, and official application links for services like Birth Certificates, Driving Licences, Property Tax, Water Connections, and other civic services.
