DevOps-Sentinel is an autonomous incident management agent built with Swytchcode APIs to eliminate production downtime. It monitors GitHub CI/CD build failures, automatically parses log errors, logs structured Jira tickets, triggers automated Netlify release rollbacks, and publishes root-cause analysis (RCA) post-mortems in Notion—all visualized through a real-time Streamlit command dashboard.
