DocuMind is an AI-powered Requirements Intelligence System designed to transform fragmented enterprise communication into structured, reliable Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
Its purpose is to eliminate manual, error-prone documentation by automatically extracting meaningful business requirements from multi-source inputs such as emails, Slack messages, and meeting transcripts.
The system filters noise, synthesizes functional and non-functional requirements, and links every generated insight back to its original source for complete evidence traceability. It also detects stakeholder conflicts early and evaluates document quality using an AI-powered auditing layer.
The goal of DocuMind is to ensure evidence-traceable, conflict-free, and high-quality requirements documentation — improving stakeholder alignment, reducing implementation errors, and accelerating product development cycles.
By combining intelligent extraction, conflict detection, and structured synthesis, DocuMind moves beyond document generation to deliver an AI-native approach to enterprise requirements intelligence.
