DryRun: rehearse the meeting before it happens

The problem
The meetings that matter most, like a pitch to a buyer, a funding round or a review with leadership, are often the ones we prepare for least. The context is scattered across your inbox, the news and the other company's website, and pulling it together takes hours. Rehearsing is even rarer, because nobody is around to play the CFO who asks the hard question.
What DryRun does
DryRun prepares you for the meeting, then puts you in a room with the people you're about to meet.
Notices: when a meeting lands on your Google Calendar, n8n decides whether it's worth preparing for and keeps the reason.
Researches: it reads your past emails with the attendees, Google News and the company's website.
Briefs: it emails you a brief where every fact has a source.
Rehearses: you pitch your real deck to a panel based on the real attendees, in a VR boardroom on Meta Quest or in the browser. They interrupt, push back and name your competitors.
Rescues: if you freeze, the chair says "take your time" and asks a question to get you going again.
Coaches: n8n scores the run with quotes from what you said, drafts answers to the questions you fumbled, and makes the next rehearsal harder where you were weak.
Remembers: it keeps a "twin" of everyone you meet, and a voice note after the real meeting updates the twin and drafts your follow-up email for you to approve.
How n8n runs it
n8n makes every decision. The web app and the headset only listen, show and speak.
DryRun prep: calendar trigger, triage, research, brief, email
DryRun rehearsal prep: reads your slides and plans objections, interruptions, timekeeping and the pre-voiced lines
DryRun turn: the live loop. Whisper transcribes, n8n decides who reacts and why, Sarvam voices it.
DryRun deck research: an n8n AI Agent with a Google News tool that finds your competitors, and only keeps findings backed by real headlines
DryRun debrief: scoring, drafted answers and the weak spots carried into the next run
Twins and after the meeting: sourced profiles of each person, plus a follow-up email that waits for your approval in Gmail
Tech stack
n8n Cloud, Google Gemini, Sarvam AI voices and transcription, Google Calendar and Gmail, Next.js with Tailwind, and Unity 6 on Meta Quest 3S with hand tracking.
Why it's different
Most AI role-play tools use generic personas. DryRun builds the panel from the actual people you're meeting, using your own inbox and sourced research, and gets sharper after every real meeting.
