EchoCare — The Confidence-Aware Case Builder

Non-emergency civic and utility helplines fail exactly when help is needed most: stressed callers, code-switched Hindi-English speech, noisy environments — and rigid IVRs that misroute or drop them. Worse, when a human finally steps in, all context is lost and the caller has to start over.
EchoCare is a real-time multilingual voice agent, built on Agora Conversational AI, that doesn't just transcribe calls — it builds a live, structured Case State as the caller talks. Every field (intent, location, severity, contact) carries its own confidence and verification status. Critical details are read back in the caller's language before being marked confirmed. When the case falls outside the AI's authority or confidence stays low, EchoCare escalates — not with a wall of text, but with a resolution-ready case card: verified facts, unresolved fields, urgency, and a clear next action.
The result: the human agent never asks the caller to repeat themselves. They open the case already knowing what's true.
