* First my reminder bot should work in both laptop and the smartphone both (Android or iOS)
* Secomd there must be a particular section of contacts where the person 's name , Gmail ID and mobile number would be stored and each of these contacts would have the serial number as it's ID and also there must be another option to import an excel file or a word file or any file where the data is in structured manner and all of the names or the data would be pasted and all the data or the contacts in that section must be in an ordered manner and must have an option to edit or delete and the data would automatically be saved .
* Third there must be another section named "contact list " where the user would have an option to select the certain contacts from the contact section having an option to select all or from 1 to 10 or 1to 5 like that and a option would pop up asking you want to make a contact list of it ?? If yes then make it of only of those selected contacts and put it into that contact list section and each list would have an ID as Alphabetical letters representing them starting from A ,and user would have an option to make as many contact lists having their unique IDs .
* There must be another section  as Reminders where all the reminders are stored in an sequential order and there would be a send reminder option after selecting one of them then a bar would pop and that would ask where Gmail or WhatsApp or both with icons after selecting either of thwm another pop up would ask from contacts or contact lists after selecting either of them,
* You will get the option to choose from the contacts or the specific ID from the contact list where many contacts would be stored in that single list with their respective phone numbers and Gmail accounts and after that there would be the scheduling option whether you want to send right now and if yes would want to repeat this on daily basis or some specific dates at this fix time and then go....
* And also make another section named "    status "  which would show which reminders are currently ongoing,at what dates like Monday ,Sunday etc ,,,are they repeating meaning of a remider is on Sunday so will it repeat on next Sunday or not ,,and also the timings,in a proper way ,the overall look of this UI must be smooth .
* And when the user opens the application for the first time on laptop or Android or iOS ask it's phone number and Gmail since for automatically sending messages or remainders to WhatsApp or Gmail you need to have your gmail and phone number .
* And also ask user certain permissions since the AI bot will be opening the user's WhatsApp and would send the reminders to all the selected contacts from his phone number all at once by selecting the respective contacts like we do and on Laptop it would automatically open the WhatsApp web and close the other WhatsApp web if it is open since you can't use WhatsApp web at the same time on PC on different tabs .
* About the Gmail all the messages would be sent from the user's Gmail to the respective selected contacts so ask the necessary permissions from the user .
* Also put the dark mode option for the user ,
* Make sure all the functions are working both the PC and the smartphone (Android or iOS) 
* THe UI must be clean elegant and simple no way to much complexity easy to use quick 
* Make sure all the functions are working properly since last time your application was an uuter disappointment since it didn't work at all .
* Make the application secure and not easy to hack 
* Must handle heavy tasks from multiple users with a capacity of around 300 and it should crash when the data traffic is more ,and must efficient with no bugs 
* Or must come with am automated system which would fix any big or error automatically.
