Right now, the "Only" identity provided to refugees is by UNHCR and this is valid for 2 years only, also after the recent ongoing wars like that of Ukraine, Myanmar's military coups and other territorial conflicts have increased the percentage of Refugee influx in India, and the problem with tracking them also exists, Thus using Blockchain to both providing the refugees a bankless indentity as well as giving them financial security to sustain a living until they are eligible for a valid nationality to have a legal bank account. Blockchain provides decentralized, robust and immutable system that will help ensure their identity remains safe an secure, and also will be "ONE " of its own project to promote digital currency in India. #hackhazards
