Smart RailHealth System is an IoT- and telemedicine-based solution built to provide real-time medical assistance to passengers traveling on Indian Railways. It bridges the gap between onboard emergencies and access to healthcare by combining smart diagnostic tools, trained attendants, and instant doctor connectivity.
Each AC coach is equipped with a Smart RailHealth Kit containing basic medical sensors (BP monitor, pulse oximeter, thermometer, glucometer) and a tablet for the attendant. When a passenger reports an issue through the app or QR scan, the system automatically detects their PNR, coach, and seat, notifies the attendant, and connects to a remote doctor if needed.

Healthcare providers: real-time patient data and teleconsultation opportunities.
Government/CSR bodies: scalable, low-cost model supporting Digital India and Ayushman Bharat.
