InsightDB is an AI-powered Data Intelligence Assistant designed to transform raw, messy e-commerce datasets into reliable, decision-ready assets.

Built during Hackfest 2.0, the platform introduces a structured 5-Pillar Audit System that evaluates data quality across Identifier Health, Referential Integrity, Numeric Sanity, Categorical Distribution, and Dataset Freshness. Instead of simply displaying tables, InsightDB performs deep statistical validation, orphan record detection, rare value analysis, and outlier identification to ensure database trustworthiness.

The system generates a weighted Data Trust Score (0–100) that prioritizes critical structural failures, helping businesses quickly assess database reliability. Using Python, Flask, Pandas, and OpenAI, it also translates technical audit results into clear, manager-friendly summaries and provides an intelligent schema-aware chat interface.

With a lightweight SPA frontend built using Vanilla JavaScript and modern glassmorphism design, InsightDB delivers enterprise-grade data intelligence in a fast, intuitive interface — making complex database validation simple, transparent, and actionable.
