The Interview Room is a real-time, voice-native AI interview platform that simulates a professional interview panel using Agora Conversational AI.
Instead of interacting with a traditional text-based chatbot, candidates enter a virtual interview room where an AI interviewer listens and speaks naturally through the microphone. The system first understands the candidate’s field, role, education, experience level, and interests, then dynamically adapts the interview questions to their profile.
The interview consists of three AI interviewer personas: Technical, Backend & Systems, and HR & Behavioral. They take turns asking relevant questions, while the system analyzes each response and decides what should be asked next. Strong answers can lead to deeper and more challenging questions, while unclear or weak answers can trigger clarification or foundational questions.
Agora provides the core real-time voice experience, including microphone interaction, low-latency conversation, natural turn-taking, and interruption handling. The application maintains interview context and generates a structured evaluation after the session.
At the end, candidates receive an AI-generated scorecard out of 100, covering technical knowledge, problem solving, communication, domain knowledge, system thinking, adaptability, and behavioral skills, along with strengths, improvement areas, and personalized recommendations.
The goal is to make interview preparation feel like a real interview—not a chatbot conversation—while providing personalized feedback that helps candidates improve.
