Description
JanSetu Voice Queue is a voice-first public service assistant that lets citizens check queue status, book appointments, and enables operators to call/recall/skip tokens using natural spoken Hindi/Hinglish/English.
- Purpose: Replace manual queue interactions with a simple voice assistant (web) powered by Agora for real‑time audio and conversational AI.
- Goals:
- Provide instant token status and wait-time via voice or text.
- Let operators manage the queue hands‑free (call/recall/skip).
- Support spoken appointment booking with multi‑step flow.
- Fall back to browser SR/TTS when Conversational AI is unavailable.
- Be easy to share/demo (local tunnel / LAN / deployable).
