JanMitra AI is an AI-powered autonomous grievance resolution platform designed to modernize Uttar Pradesh’s Jansunwai complaint system through intelligent automation, multilingual accessibility, and real-time governance insights.
Citizens often face delayed complaint resolution, lack of transparency, incorrect department routing, and poor communication during grievance handling. JanMitra AI solves these challenges by enabling citizens to file complaints using text, voice, images, and even WhatsApp in Hindi, Hinglish, Urdu, or English.
The platform uses Artificial Intelligence to automatically analyze complaints, detect urgency, classify issue categories, assign the correct government department, generate officer summaries, and initiate smart follow-ups. Citizens receive live complaint tracking, multilingual updates, and transparent status visibility throughout the complaint lifecycle.
