Jansunwai grievance resolution agent-
UP's Jansunwai portal receives millions of complaints but resolution is slow and opaque. Build an AI agent that auto-classifies grievances, assigns them to the right department, follows up autonomously, and sends vernacular status updates to citizens.
Our Solution:
Jansathi AI is an agentic, end-to-end grievance processing suite. It leverages generative AI to instantly ingest, classify, prioritize, route, summarize, translate, and autonomously escalate public complaints — keeping both citizens and administrators informed at every step.
