Awaaz-e-Awadh is an agentic AI-powered grievance resolution platform designed to modernize and automate the UP Jansunwai complaint system. The platform enables citizens to file complaints through voice notes, text, or images in Hindi and Awadhi via WhatsApp, making the system accessible even for semi-literate users.
The system uses multiple AI agents to automatically:
- classify complaints,
- identify the correct department,
- assign priorities,
- monitor SLA deadlines,
- send autonomous follow-ups,
- escalate unresolved issues,
- and provide real-time status updates to citizens.
The platform also includes intelligent features such as:
- duplicate complaint clustering,
- predictive complaint hotspot mapping,
- image-based evidence verification,
- citizen satisfaction tracking,
- and anomaly detection for suspicious resolution patterns.
By combining conversational AI, computer vision, multilingual NLP, and autonomous workflow orchestration, Jansunwai AI transforms grievance management from a slow manual process into a proactive, transparent, and citizen-friendly governance system.
