KhetSaathi is an AI-powered voice assistant designed to help farmers identify crop issues and receive timely guidance through natural voice conversations.
Many farmers have limited access to agricultural experts, and delays in identifying crop diseases, pest attacks, or environmental issues can lead to significant losses. KhetSaathi addresses this challenge by allowing farmers to simply speak in their preferred language instead of navigating complex applications or forms.
Using Agora Conversational AI, the system enables real-time voice interaction between the farmer and an AI agent. The AI follows a structured diagnostic process, asking one relevant question at a time to gather information such as crop type, symptoms, severity, duration, and location. Based on the conversation, the system maintains session memory, tracks context, and generates a confidence score for the diagnosis.
