What this build is about
Kyron Realty AI is an adaptive, real-time voice sales agent for real estate leasing and property sales. Powered by the Agora Conversational AI Engine and Agora Agents SDK, it conducts fluid voice conversations with sub-500ms latency, natural turn-taking, and instant interruption handling—without relying on rigid scripts or IVRs.
Key Capabilities:
• Dynamic Spoken Qualification: Qualifies caller requirements (budget, move-in date, pets, parking, co-tenants) conversationally.
• "Give-Get" Negotiation Engine: Negotiates rent and concessions within strict margin guardrails—offering discounts only in exchange for value (e.g., an 18-month lease or fast move-in).
• Live Inventory Retrieval: Connects to real-time property listings to answer specific amenity, policy, and availability questions.
• Warm Human Escalation: Bridges high-intent buyers into a live Agora audio channel with a licensed human broker alongside an instant context briefing HUD.
Why we built it
