# Purpose

Practical science is compulsory in CBSE Class 6–10 and carries real marks, including a spoken **viva voce**. In practice most students never perform the experiments: apparatus is scarce, lab periods are short, and one teacher cannot supervise forty students individually. Practicals get demonstrated at the front of the room, or copied from a friend's file. Students memorise procedures they have never touched, then face an examiner who asks them to explain their reasoning out loud.

LabSpark AI closes that gap by giving every student their own lab, their own tutor, and their own exam practice — on a phone they already own.

# What it does

- **40-lab CBSE catalogue** — interactive 3D experiments (React Three Fiber) across Class 6–10 Physics, Chemistry and Biology, mapped to NCERT chapters, class-locked so a Class 8 student sees Class 8 work.
- **Spark, a live conversational AI tutor** — real-time, full-duplex voice powered by Agora's Conversational AI Engine with Gemini as the reasoning model. Students speak naturally, **interrupt mid-sentence**, and Spark stops, answers the new question, and reconnects to what it was explaining. Live transcripts appear on screen for both speakers.
- **Multilingual voice** — English, Hindi, or Hinglish, with scientific terminology deliberately kept in English so it matches the NCERT textbook.
- **Viva voce mock exam** — an AI examiner asks six spoken questions, withholds all hints and confirmation exactly as a real examiner does, then marks out of 10 with per-question feedback and a revision list.
- **Auto-compiled CBSE practical file** — observations from each lab become a properly formatted lab report, exportable as PDF to share with a teacher.
