Main Purpose:-
To provide a secure navigation platform that prioritizes personal safety over speed, ensuring users feel confident and protected when traveling at night.
Main Goals:-
1. Find Safe Routes :-
Rather than just finding the fastest path, Lumina calculates routes based on safety metrics like bright street lighting, proximity to transport and police booths, and a low volume of user complaints.
2.Warn Others:-
Enable users to easily report location-specific issues to warn the community. This acts as an early warning system for everything from minor hazards like broken streetlights to severe harassment incidents.
3.Heatmap :-
Generate a clear, interactive map that visually highlights safe zones in green and high-risk zones in red, while displaying the locations of nearby police booths and safe havens.
