MeetPilot is an AI meeting assistant that automates the entire meeting lifecycle, from agenda to follow-up. It turns a raw transcript into a summary, decisions, and action items, then drafts and sends the follow-up email automatically. It runs on a lightweight PHP stack, with Swytchcode handling real email delivery via Resend and Groq powering the AI generation. The goal is to remove the manual admin after every meeting, so teams spend less time on busywork.
