MindBloom is a cozy corner for students to check in with their feelings, get personalized AI tips, explore calming resources, and connect with a supportive community, all without pressure or judgment. It feels less like a formal “mental health app” and more like that one friend who listens, gives you real advice, and shares the playlist you didn’t know you needed.
I built it because I know how overwhelming student life can get. Between academics, placements, and just figuring yourself out, it’s easy to feel drained or stuck. I wanted to create a space where checking in on your mental health feels simple, safe, and even a little enjoyable. A place where you don’t feel judged, where the design itself feels calming, and where the advice you get actually makes sense for your day-to-day life.
It can help others by making self-care more accessible and less intimidating. Whether someone wants quick, actionable steps from AI, a calm corner of books and playlists, or just an anonymous space to share what they’re going through, MindBloom gives them that. It’s about reminding students they’re not alone and giving them small tools to feel a little lighter, one check-in at a time.
