MunimJi

buildwithswytchcode

MunimJi is an autonomous, governed FinOps agent that chases overdue client payments for small studios and agencies, without ever letting an LLM decide what money moves where. Built on Swytchcode, it sweeps open invoices from Stripe, reads client replies from Gmail, and uses an LLM purely to interpret signals (a promise to pay, a dispute, a claim of payment already made), while a deterministic policy engine, not the model, decides the actual action: wait, follow up, escalate, or pause. Every decision produces a full, human-readable trace (facts, rule fired, severity score, counterfactuals) synced live to Notion, and every client-facing send goes through a governance gate with real approval workflows in Slack or the web dashboard , nothing goes out unapproved. The system verifies claims against ground truth (a client saying "I paid" is checked against actual Stripe payment data before being trusted), tracks broken promises with configurable grace periods, and surfaces everything through a live dashboard with an explainable "why this decision" view, plus one-click Excel/PDF exports formatted for handing straight to an accountant. A companion Chrome extension (MunimJi Lens) surfaces the same overdue/at-risk context directly inside Gmail. The result is an agent that is genuinely autonomous in execution but fully auditable and safe in judgment , every dollar decision traceable back to a rule, not a guess.
