NexaVoice is an AI-powered real-time voice sales agent that transforms the first stage of software sales into a natural, conversational experience.
Instead of relying on static forms, scripted flows, or text-based chatbots, NexaVoice lets customers speak directly with an AI sales representative in real time. The agent listens to the customer, understands their requirements, asks relevant discovery questions, recommends a suitable software plan, and qualifies the lead based on the conversation.
Built with Agora Conversational AI, NexaVoice enables genuine two-way voice interaction with live transcription and real-time conversational processing. The platform turns the conversation into structured prospect intelligence, capturing information such as company, contact, team size, requirements, recommended plan, interest level, estimated deal value, and lead status.
NexaVoice also provides a sales workspace where teams can monitor live conversations, review lead history, track qualification status, and understand prospect information as it is captured. When a conversation requires human involvement, the system is designed to support escalation with the conversation context available to the sales team.
The goal is to demonstrate how real-time voice AI can move beyond being a simple voice chatbot and become an active part of the sales workflow — from customer conversation and requirement discovery to plan recommendation, lead qualification, and sales action.
