1. Executive Summary
NexusBRD is an enterprise-grade AI agent built to eliminate the manual bottleneck of requirement gathering. By leveraging Google's Vertex AI Agent Builder and Gemini 3.1 Pro's native multi-modal capabilities, NexusBRD ingests unstructured client data (audio transcripts, UI sketches, text notes) and autonomously generates highly structured, explainable Business Requirements Documents.
2. Core Problem Statement
Product Managers spend 40% of their time translating fragmented conversations and sketches into formal BRDs. This manual translation causes:
- Context Attrition: Crucial visual details from whiteboard sketches are lost.
- Traceability Gaps: Developers cannot trace a functional requirement back to the specific client audio clip or sketch that originated it.
