Nivora is an autonomous AI agent built on top of UP's Jansunwai grievance portal. Citizens file their complaint once
and Nivora takes over: tracking SLA deadlines, escalating ignored complaints to higher authorities, and notifying
citizens in Hindi at every step. No chasing. No follow-ups. The agent handles it all.
