OpsPilot AI is an autonomous business operations agent built with Google ADK, Gemini, and Swytchcode for the Build with Swytchcode (Track 6) Hackathon.
It bridges the gap between high-level business intent and real-world multi-system execution by orchestrating 5 connected business tools (Stripe, Jira, Gmail, Slack, and Notion) in an autonomous loop.
Addressing the critical flaw of AI agents hallucinating numbers, OpsPilot enforces a Zero LLM Arithmetic policy: all financial calculations, SLA aging, and risk classifications are performed by a deterministic Python rules engine. Equipped with prompt-injection defense, secret isolation, SHA-256 idempotency, and human-in-the-loop approval gates, OpsPilot recovers overdue revenue, escalates P1 incidents, alerts ops teams, and syncs audit ledgers—turning 4 hours of manual triage into a 45-second verified workflow.
