Ova-lution is a personalized, AI-powered longitudinal health companion designed to make women’s health tracking more natural, accessible, and useful across different stages and concerns—from hormonal conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis to cycle wellness, pregnancy planning, perimenopause, and menopause. Instead of asking women to repeatedly fill out clinical forms for symptoms, sleep, mood, nutrition, medications, and cycle information, Ova-lution lets them simply talk or type about their day in English, Hindi, or Hinglish, while AI extracts relevant information into structured health logs and identifies recurring observations without making unsupported causal or diagnostic claims. I built Ova-lution after experiencing the fragmentation of managing PCOS firsthand—keeping track of symptoms, medications, reports, tests, and doctor visits across different places—and realizing that managing health can itself become another task in an already busy life. But this is a much broader problem: WHO estimates that PCOS affects 10–13% of reproductive-aged women, with up to 70% of affected women worldwide remaining undiagnosed; endometriosis affects an estimated 190 million women of reproductive age globally, while infertility affects approximately 1 in 6 people of reproductive age at some point in their lives. Ova-lution brings these fragmented pieces together into a longitudinal health record, with features such as conversational logging, medication explanations, nutrition tracking, pattern recognition, and structured doctor summaries that help users better understand and communicate their health over time. By adapting to the user's goals and stage of life—including pregnancy planning and the perimenopausal and menopausal transitions—it aims to support women beyond the narrow definition of period tracking and make continuous health management something that fits into everyday life rather than another task women have to remember.
