This project is an advanced, AI-powered control center designed to modernize how stadium organizers manage massive crowds during high-stakes events (like IPL matches). It transforms raw, fragmented data into actionable intelligence.
Core Goals:
- Proactive Flow Management: Instead of reacting to crowd crushes after they happen, the system uses live telemetry (Gate Operations) to monitor queue sizes and throughput, allowing organizers to identify bottlenecks instantly.
- AI Visual Diagnostics: It leverages Gemini Vision models (AI Insights) to visually analyze gate camera feeds, generating immediate, natural-language advisories on crowd density that anyone can understand.
- Operational Continuity: Stadiums can't afford software downtime. A primary goal is absolute resilience; if the live API or AI models fail, the entire interface seamlessly degrades into a simulated "Fallback Mode" so operators never face a blank screen.
- Unified Command Feed: To break down silos, the platform synchronizes operator directives and AI alerts into a single live Community Feed, ensuring stewards and management are operating on the exact same intelligence.
In short: It's built to make stadium crowd control safer, smarter, and completely command-driven.
